Hermes AwardsDALLAS, TX-- Hermes Creative Awards today announced winners for the 2011 international awards competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional and emerging media. Hermes Creative Awards recognizes outstanding work in the industry while promoting the philanthropic nature of marketing and communication professionals. Body Wrappers/Angelo Luzio’s Premiere video entitled What to Wear to an Audition with Tiler Peck, made through the New York agency Videasa, was honored with a Platinum Award.

There were over 4,400 entries from throughout the United States, Canada and several other countries in the Hermes Creative Awards 2011 competition. Entries came from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers.

Hermes Creative Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (www.amcpros.com). The international organization consists of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, media production and free-lance professionals. AMCP oversees awards and recognition programs, provides judges and rewards outstanding achievement and service to the profession. AMCP judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. Winners were selected from 151 categories in seven forms of media and communication efforts- advertising, publications, marketing/branding, integrated marketing, public relations/communications, electronic media and pro bono. About 15% of the entries won the Platinum Award- the organization’s top honor. Nineteen percent won the Gold Award. Body Wrappers® Paws for Style

Paws for StyleBody Wrappers donated and modeled four tutu ensembles with matching doggie tutus at Paws for Style Monday, July 27th at the M2 Ultra Lounge in New York City. Paws for Style, celebrating it’s the 10th Anniversary, is the first charity dog fashion event created in 1999 and the original pet fashion show designed to raise money for the Humane Society and awareness for animal rescue.

This is an annual event where famous fashion designers give back to the animal community! Celebrity dog walkers and dapper celebrity dogs strut down the cat walk wearing matching one-of-a-kind specially designed outfits!

Celebrities and their pets that took part were Karina Smironoff (TV’s Dancing with the Stars and Broadway’s Burn the Floor), Paul Teutul Sr. (TV’s TLC's American Chopper), Cheyenne Jackson (Broadway’s Xanado), Tom Gold (NYC Ballet) and many others.

Body Wrappers took part along with designers Oscar De La Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Alice Olivia, Nanette Lepore, John Varvatos, and Carolina Herrera among others. All of the coiffed canine and celebrity outfits designed for the event were auctioned off on EBay with all proceeds benefiting the Humane Society of New York!

FactoryBody Wrappers® is pleased to announce that Body Wrappers® will now be known as Body Wrappers®/Angelo Luzio and that Body Wrappers® is now the manufacturer and the distributor of Angelo Luzio products worldwide. All orders will be processed and shipped from the Body Wrappers headquarters in Elizabeth New Jersey.

Luigi Luzio will continue to design the shoes and oversee production and manufacturing and John-Anthony Luzio has become the Body Wrappers®/Angelo Luzio sales representative for the Quebec region of Canada.

Body Wrappers® Apparel on Dancing with the Stars: Latin Cardio Dance DVD

Dancing with the StarsBody Wrappers® dance apparel is once again the featured wardrobe for the dancers on the newest Dancing with the Stars: Latin Cardio Dance DVD being release by Lionsgate September 16, 2008. The Body Wrappers logo appears on the jacket cover of the DVD as a sponsor.

On the new DVD Dancing with the Stars two time champion Cheryl Burke is featured wearing Body Wrappers scarlet bra style # 760 (tucks added) with the #7894 10-Way mesh skirt, the black Glitter Magic #T7031 baseball top with the black convertible ruffle skirt style # 8175 and the scarlet bra #760 with the black #223 shrug and the black #0691 low rise pants. “Dancing with the Stars” the # 1 rated TV series produced by BBC Worldwide America, has become a television phenomenon, and Lionsgate’s 2007 release of Dancing with the Stars: Cardio Dance became the best-selling fitness DVD that year as well as 2008. This September release is a much anticipated follow up dance program timed to coincide with the season seven premiere on ABC.
